Rose Kelim Covers
Rose Kelim covers are made from pieces of Rose Kelim rugs woven in Moldova
that are often up to 70 years old. The rugs are often damaged beyond repair,
but have large sections that are still intact and in beautiful condition. The sections are cut into smaller pieces and used for our covers. The Rose Kelims are
relatively rare and are hard to get hold of. They are easily identifiable thanks to
their colourful flower motifs that feature red and pink roses with green leaves
and vines on dark backgrounds.
